Who we are

vexel.team is run by Vexel Team (“we”). For any questions about your data, email contact@vexel.team.

What we collect

• What you send us via the form or in messages: email, Telegram username, project description, selected package.
• Technical data any browser sends to any website: IP address, device type, time of visit. We need it to run and protect the site.

Why

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss the project.
• To prepare estimates, agreements and invoices.
• To protect the site from attacks and abuse.

We don’t sell data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Where and how long

Correspondence is kept in our mailbox and in Telegram. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. We keep enquiry data while we discuss and deliver the work, and for up to 3 years after — for accounting and possible claims. Then we delete it.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses no cookies. Visits are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, anonymised data.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Email contact@vexel.team — we reply within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
